ABOUT THE PHOTOGRPHERS

Adam Ohringer Photo

Specialising in travel and documentary photography, Adam has tackled varied subjects around the world looking for dramatic and aesthetic visuals. His work has appeared in the Guardian, Traveller magazine, Year Zero and a number of other publications. Some of his images are also stocked by the Camera Press and Swift Imagery agencies.

In 1998 Adam went on assignment to the Montserrat Volcano as part of a team from the Royal Geographical Society. His brief was to document the community as it lived under the threat of the volcano, and how the community was being rebuilt following the destruction of the Island's capital.

Adam has also worked in India, Nepal, Israel, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and around Britain. He is currently working on a number of projects in his home City of London, England.

Amanda Jones Photo

Travelling with camera, Amanda has visited and photographed some of the most interesting locations in the world. Her strongly people orientated work has appeared in Traveller magazine, making the March 2000 front cover. In addition to Mongolia, she has travelled in India, Israel, Japan and much of Eastern Europe.
